14-day change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind about your purchase of the physical Kitchen Master Kit, email hello@fromtinyhands.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Once we confirm your return, we will send you return instructions and the address to send the item to.

To qualify for a change-of-mind refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition, and must be returned to us. Where permitted by law, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and we will tell you the expected cost when we send your return instructions.

Refund amount and timing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it qualifies, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Any charge for an optional upgraded delivery service is not refunded for a change-of-mind return.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, email us with your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, and you will not be asked to pay return postage for a faulty or incorrect item.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order does not arrive, contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue, including a reshipment or refund where appropriate.

Before dispatch

If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop the order before it is processed for shipping, but we cannot guarantee this once processing has begun.

Your rights

This policy is provided by From Tiny Hands as the seller. It does not replace or limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
